Elselinda Schouten is the business and production manager for various artists, working under her own companies name: Amsterdam Artist Management. Elselinda has a marketing background in the music industry, having worked for Polygram and Universal Music. In 2008 she founded Amsterdam Artist Management. AAM provides business leadership for various artists, as well as production for pop and theater tours in the Netherlands and throughout the world. AAM also works as an agent to actors and presenters.

Next to AAM, Elselinda works as a teacher for Creative Business at the Inholland University of applied sciences.
